I was so happy that I got a room that was wheelchair accessible and had a balcony. The room also had a nice big bathroom and plenty of space. The breakfast was amazing - I really loved it! 🍳

The bathroom is a bit old with a dripping shower and drain that was clogged. Beakfast was ok, but not great. The eating area is very small. Also the eggs were just whites, the sausage patties were soggy and oily. Fruit was practically tasteless, the bananas were green, the apples were mushy and oranges were thick-skunned and hard to peel. I ate toasted English muffins with egg whites two mornings.. Went to a Cafe my last day. Otherwise the room was spacious, nice windows, with a view, that actually opened and a very comfortable queen bed. Points also for strong wifi and good selection of the TV channels. I would stay again... Just eat somewhere in town.

The room was kept clean and available, with good breakfast and a great view. the location was central and marvelous, close to downtown. Additionally, it's very close to Monterey airport and a forest.

The suite had a writing table, a regular coffee maker, and a balcony, while the bathroom was pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, the beds and pillows were great. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
I really didn't care for the people at the Front Desk. They appeared to not like their jobs at all. Didn't smile at anytime during the check in or check out.

It was convenient for where we were going, having a free breakfast in the am & also having great/free parking was a plus.
The concierge was extremely rude. I paid for early check in and it was not honored upon my arrival & I was completely written off by the concierge. She would not even look at my confirmation. So rude. Also, our room had mysterious stains on the floor (burn marks?) and the toilet kept breaking.
